You can reach out by email or schedule a free 20-minute consultation through my booking site. In the consultation, we'll discuss what brings you to counselling, my therapeutic approach, and the logistics of working together. You're welcome to ask questions, and we'll explore whether we seem like a good fit.
The first session is a chance for us to meet, get to know each other, and explore what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping for. We'll work to understand what you're going through, along with relevant history and context. If time permits, we may begin some initial exploration of what feels most important to you.
Many extended health plans in Canada cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Please verify your coverage with your provider. I'll provide a detailed invoice with my registration number for you to submit for reimbursement.
I request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.

- 60-minute session: $165
- 75-minute session: $206
- Sundays: In-person at Cambie Village, 9:30am-4pm
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Online sessions, 10am-3pm
- Wednesdays (starting March 2026): In-person at West Broadway
Located on Cambie between 16th and 17th Ave as part of the Mount Pleasant Counselling collective. This office is cozy and welcoming. Please note: it's a one-story walk-up with gendered shared washrooms.
Located on West Broadway between Hemlock and Birch as part of a healthcare collective in Fairview. This space has elevator access with gendered shared washrooms. (Opening March 2026).
