About Me

I'm Anna, a Registered Clinical Counsellor committed to helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood as they explore their experience and what they're seeking.

I hold a master's in counselling psychology and have spent the past decade working alongside adults, caregivers, and youth in times of transition and challenge. I'm deeply moved by the courage it takes to explore our inner worlds, and I'm honored to walk alongside people in this work.

As a therapist, partner, mother, and lifelong learner, I am committed to my own growth and professional development. This ongoing work—including my own therapy and supervision—helps me bring presence, self-awareness, and informed sensitivity to our work together.

Evidence-based techniques

My practice is rooted in Internal Family Systems, complemented by Polyvagal and Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy—all tailored to your needs.

A non-judgemental space

You are welcome as you are. This is a space where you can be with your experience, held with kindness and respect.

A collaborative process

Therapy is a partnership. We'll work together to understand what you're experiencing and what you're hoping for, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

MY APPROACH

Compassionate and Curious

Therapy with me is an ongoing conversation rooted in curiosity, compassion, and care. We'll work together to understand and befriend all parts of yourself—especially those that feel stuck, protective, or wounded. Our work honors your authenticity and wisdom, helping you build compassionate relationships within yourself that naturally extend to greater ease and connection with others.
